Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Officer, you will:

Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and nurture strategic relationships to drive revenue growth.
Design sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Sell real estate properties while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Provide exceptional service by ensuring clients receive all necessary forms, documents, and information promptly.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3 – 5 years of proven experience in business development and Real Estate Sales
Must have a proven and verifiable track record of successful feats in property sales.
Strong understanding of market trends and dynamics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Proficiency with Google Workspace.
