CWAY NIGERIA ABUJA MANUFACTURING CO LTD is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources (AM HR) Manager to join our dedicated team.
In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with overseeing the HR functions within our organization, ensuring the implementation of effective HR strategies that align with our company’s goals.
As a key player in our leadership team, you will foster a positive workplace culture, drive talent acquisition, and lead employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management with a solid understanding of labor laws and best practices.
You will be responsible for enhancing organizational performance through innovative HR solutions and employee engagement programs.
Additionally, you will serve as a resource for management and staff on HR policies and procedures, providing guidance on employee relations issues and performance management.
The Human Resources Manager will adapt and implement HR policies that reflect CWAY’S commitment to excellence and adherence to compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration.
Administer compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related issues.
Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess effectiveness and inform decision-making.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and develop HR metrics for performance improvement.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
