Front Desk Officer

Job Summary

We are hiring a Front Desk Officer for our client who will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth administrative operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and direct visitors professionally, maintaining a welcoming and tidy reception area.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and courteously.
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate visitor and activity logs.
Handle mail, deliveries, and other general office tasks efficiently.
Provide accurate information about the organization’s services and address customer inquiries.

Requirements

B.Sc or HND qualification in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Professional appearance and a customer-focused demeanor.
