KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in developing design concepts and schematic designs.
Prepare architectural drawings, including plans and elevations.
Create construction documents, specifications, and schedules.
Conduct site visits to verify design intent.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors for project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
Participate in design reviews and meetings.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
1-3 years of professional experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Archicad, and related software.
Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for design and attention to detail.
