Operations Manager (Fashion Brand) Senior HR Officer (Financial Technology)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and address operational challenges, driving solutions that enhance efficiency and profitability.
Streamline end-to-end production processes, ensuring timely delivery of bespoke pieces while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Oversee inventory, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to guarantee a seamless and sustainable flow of materials.
Develop and implement scalable operational systems and procedures.
Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, including production, design, logistics, and customer service.
Ensure continuous staff development and training to maintain expertise in luxury fashion standards.
Identify growth opportunities while managing risks effectively.
Oversee customer service operations to ensure a superior bespoke client experience.
Implement innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Ensure consistent alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
Drive innovation within operations by adopting emerging technologies and best practices in the fashion industry.
Implement digital tools to optimize production tracking, customer communication, and supply chain visibility.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
8+ years in senior operations roles, preferably in the luxury or bespoke fashion industry.
Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market, bespoke production processes, and customer service excellence.
Proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in operations software, ERP systems, and digital tools for supply chain and production management.
