Recruitment Analyst

Role Summary

As a Recruitment Analyst at Talentsquare, you will manage and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process. You will leverage data and analytics to enhance hiring strategies, ensuring our clients secure the best talent. This role requires a mix of recruitment expertise, data analysis, and stakeholder management to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing and Screening:

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Generate detailed reports to inform decision-making and present insights to management.

Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging prospective clients and expanding Talentsquare’s network.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Collaborate with the leadership team to pitch and negotiate recruitment solutions to potential clients.
Provide market intelligence and insights to clients to guide their talent acquisition strategies.
Represent Talentsquare at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings to strengthen the brand’s presence and reputation.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client expectations and recruitment deliverables.
Develop client-specific hiring strategies to enhance service delivery and drive client satisfaction.
Partner with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and external partners.

Process Optimization:

Continuously improve recruitment workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend best practices for talent acquisition.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications And Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience in generating and interpreting data reports.
