Creative Lead

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Creative Lead is a dynamic and innovative professional responsible for leading the creative direction of the Brand and Marketing Communication department.
This role involves overseeing creative projects, ensuring the consistency and quality of marketing materials, and driving brand awareness and engagement through strategic design and marketing initiatives.
He/she possesses a strong background in creative design, brand development, and marketing strategies, and will be adept at working with a team of creative professionals to achieve the company’s marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the creative team, including designers, and support the efforts of copywriters, and multimedia specialists.
Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, social media content, and website designs.
Ensure consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all marketing materials and resonates appropriately with the brand’s essence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Conduct periodic audits of creative assets to maintain alignment with brand standards.
Evaluate and approve all creative deliverables before they are published or distributed.
Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and production partners to enhance the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
Measure and report the effectiveness of creative campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
Oversee workload distribution, ensuring timely and high-quality output.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:

First degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a creative or marketing role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work across multiple channels.
Proficiency in deployment of multiple design software application.
Exceptional storytelling, design, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of branding.
Basic understanding of consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to translate complex ideas into compelling creative strategies.
