Job Summary:
The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company’s operations, sales, and production teams by analysing and interpreting data to help inform decision-making processes. This role involves working with various departments to collect, process, and present data insights that will improve product development, supply chain efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and clean data from various internal systems (e.g., sales, production, inventory, and customer feedback).
Analyze production and sales data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
Support inventory and supply chain teams with data analysis to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
Provide regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, including sales, production, and marketing teams.
Assist in the development and maintenance of data systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Ensure data integrity and identify areas of improvement for data collection and reporting processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and timely delivery of reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
Experience with database management and data cleansing techniques.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand manner.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
