Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain a responsive and user-friendly website to support the company’s digital presence.
Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless user experience and secure transactions.
Monitor website and e-commerce performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to update website content, banners, and product listings.
Develop and execute strategies to boost online sales, including promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Integrate third-party tools, such as payment gateways, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Conduct regular updates to ensure website security, performance, and compatibility across devices.
Track key e-commerce metrics and provide regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Web Developer or E-Commerce Specialist.
Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like Shopify
Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tracking tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
