Receptionist Admin and Account Officer Agro-Tour Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to serve as the first point of contact for guests.
The Receptionist will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
Keep accurate records of reservations and bookings using hotel management software.
Resolve guest complaints and escalate issues to management as needed.
Assist in promoting hotel services, activities, and special offers to guests.

Requirements

Minimum of an WAEC/OND/HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role (hospitality preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel management software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

Compensation

Salary: N30,000 – N40,000 Monthly.
