HR Talent & Performance Officer

Qualifications:

HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
2 to 4 years of experience in HR, performance management and talent development.

Skills/Requirements:

Strong knowledge of performance management principles, practices, and systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Design, develop, and implement performance management systems, processes, and procedures to align with organizational goals.⁠
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to support talent development and business strategies.
Provide guidance and support to employees and management on performance management and talent development.
Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies, including recognition and reward programs.
