We’re seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for our products.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with our business objectives.
Content Creation*: Create high-quality, engaging content (visuals, videos, captions) for our social media channels.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media, fostering a positive brand community.
Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and content creators in the food and beverage industry.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, track engagement, and provide regular reports to management.
Content Calendar: Plan, schedule, and publish content using a content calendar.
Brand Voice and Tone: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media platforms.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree: In Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Social Media Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in creating high-quality visual content ( graphics, videos, photography).
Social Media Platform Knowledge In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and resolve issues related to social media performance.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
