We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following;
Responsibilities
Operational Process Management: Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage operational budgets, track expenses, and identify areas for cost reduction.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree: In Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA,MSC,MA are added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Operational Knowledge: Strong knowledge of operational processes and systems, including inventory management, supply chain management, and logistics.
