Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
Help maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date.
Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
