Personal Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Country Manager. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating activities, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Country Manager’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Act as a primary point of contact for the Country Manager.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Proficiency in google workspace or Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
A Youth Corp member is preferred
