Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Facility Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and safety of a modern healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal facility performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Direct the overall facilities management operations, including maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades
Lead and supervise maintenance staff and external contractors
Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs
Ensure full compliance with healthcare facility regulations and safety standards
Collaborate with medical staff to optimize facility operations for patient care
Manage facility budgets and implement cost-effective solutions
Conduct regular facility inspections and safety audits
Maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance activities and safety protocols
Coordinate emergency responses and facility-related crisis management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities management, preferably in healthcare settings
Strong knowledge of healthcare facility regulations and safety standards
Proven track record in team leadership and contractor management
Experience with facility maintenance systems and protocols
