Valuation & Payment: Conduct valuations for progress payments to contractors and prepare interim and final payment certificates.
Cost Control: Track and analyze project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate potential project risks and propose cost-effective solutions to mitigate them.
Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing and procuring materials and services, negotiating with suppliers for competitive pricing.
Project Reporting: Prepare and present detailed cost reports, cash flow projections, and financial updates to management and stakeholders.
Dispute Resolution: Handle contractual disputes and claims efficiently to minimize project delays and financial impact.
