Technical Support Intern

Job Description:

As a Technical Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Technical Support team with diagnosing and resolving technical issues while ensuring customer satisfaction. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the ICT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
Help install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment and software.
Document technical issues and their resolutions for future reference.
Support the team in conducting routine system maintenance and updates.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless technical operations.
Stay updated on the latest ICT trends and products.

Qualifications:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (recent graduates or those in NYSC are welcome to apply).
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
