As a key member of the Strategic Growth Team at Primegauge Solutions, the Business Analyst will ensure the successful execution of assigned projects, adhering to established timelines, allocated budgets, and defined scopes.

You’ll collaborate extensively with various departments and working groups to identify solutions and execute process improvements, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness of our team.

With strong qualitative skills, you will research, create, develop, and execute innovative products, programs, processes, and projects across diverse project environments.

This individual will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and articulate business requirements, subsequently communicating them in a clear and concise manner.

Documenting business requirements and fostering clear communication between stakeholders to align with organizational objectives. Compiling and integrating data collected from diverse sources to ensure comprehensive and accurate insights.

Gathering requirements through methodologies such as conducting interviews, analyzing documents, facilitating workshops, administering surveys, performing site visits, documenting business processes, creating use cases and scenarios, conducting business analysis, and evaluating task and workflow dynamics.

Offering assistance in engagement meetings with key functional leaders—including Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Corporate Services—to drive transformation initiatives and refine new requirements. Assisting in the administration and oversight of active IT projects, as well as addressing business analysis (BA) support requests and operational requirements. Recording updates and modifications to the design and execution of assigned projects.

Assisting in the development of training materials and documentation tailored for application users, as well as conducting training sessions for new end users on additional related applications.

Facilitating the tracking of user adoption rates and implementing necessary actions, such as additional training sessions, targeted communication, or system modifications, as required.

Assist in the development, coordination, and oversight of IT project timelines, key milestones, budget allocation, and deliverables through the application of suitable tools, thereby guaranteeing the timely delivery of high-quality outputs and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Prepare and assist in the creation and distribution of progress reports, documentation, and client-facing presentations, including pitches and deliverables, for stakeholders, management, and IT teams.

Assist in managing project management activities related to post-mortems and process evaluations for each project, and assess recommendation reports to determine which project elements proved successful or unsuccessful.

Define the reporting and alerting parameters and deliver a weekly status update on assigned projects and tasks to the Senior Business Analysts.

Define, develop, document, and manage configuration specifications, business analysis requirements, and system processes to ensure alignment with organizational standards and operational efficiency.

Cultivate and oversee strategic partnerships by collaborating closely with partners to maximize and improve our integration efforts.

Analyze prevalent origins of technical issues or inquiries, then provide actionable recommendations to the product team to address and resolve them effectively.
