Job Functions
Answer questions about products and services offered by the company.
Cold calling and prospecting new customers.
Ensure adequate information is provided to prospective customers.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements to create a booking.
Direct prospects (or existing customers) to the appropriate center for the sale of their cars.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Appropriate handling of angry customers to preserve the company’s reputation.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and bookings while noting all useful information.
Following up, tracking, and directing customers.
Requirements
We believe that you will succeed better if you possess the following:
Candidates should possess a First Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Must have 1-3 years of experience in Telemarketing/Telesales
Experience in sales and knowledge of consumer behaviors
Must have keen attention to detail, a high level of integrity, and logically sound
Ability to convince others and explain information in clear terms
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package.
