Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented General Manager to lead and oversee the company’s daily operations and long-term strategies.
The General Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across departments.
Lead and mentor departmental heads, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement initiatives to improve operational metrics.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial health and cost optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks to protect the company’s interests.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings
Improving efficiency and increase profits while managing the overall operations of the company
Managing staff, overseeing budget, employing marketing strategies, and ensuring all facets of the business runs smoothly
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the tech industry (5+ years).
Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial planning, performance analysis, and budget management.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions.
Familiarity with software development and hosting solutions is a strong advantage.
