Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate should reside near Shomolu, Lagos, and be ready to assist with various office duties, ensuring smooth operations and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle office correspondence, both incoming and outgoing
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Assist with scheduling and managing appointments
Organize and file documents
Perform general administrative tasks as required
Requirements
Must live within or close to Shomolu, Lagos
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and reliable
