Oversee and administer social media channels and the organization’s digital footprint to ensure cohesive branding and engagement across all platforms.

Develop and oversee both digital and traditional offline marketing initiatives.

Develop and oversee the creation and execution of marketing content alongside promotional initiatives.

Monitor marketing performance metrics and compile comprehensive reports summarizing outcomes.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive lead generation efforts.

Greet visitors and clients professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception experience. Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel with accuracy and courtesy. Maintain the front desk area in an organized and presentable condition at all times. Handle inquiries, provide information about services or products, and assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
