Recruitment Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveRecruitment Officerto manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for matching candidates with the right roles.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
Coordinate and conduct background checks and reference checks.
Manage job postings, ensuring they reflect accurate and up-to-date information.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and offer letters.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to expand the talent pool.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 – 4 years proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
