General Responsibilities
Food Preparation and Cooking:

Plan, prepare, and cook meals according to recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.

Menu Development:

Design and update menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer demand, and cost analysis.
Create special dishes or themed menus for events.

Kitchen Management:

Oversee daily kitchen operations.
Assign tasks to kitchen staff and supervise their work.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Inventory and Supplies:

Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
Order ingredients and equipment while minimizing waste

Skills and Qualifications

Must be able to prepare intercontinental Dishes
Technical Skills: Knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment.
Creativity: Ability to innovate with recipes and presentation.
Leadership: Strong management skills to lead and motivate the kitchen team.
Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
