Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment and on boarding processes.
Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
Implement training programs to improve staff performance.
Develop performance appraisal systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
Degree in HR Management or related field
CIPM/SHRM certification is a plus.
Knowledge of HR practices in event planning and hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
At least 5 years of HR management experience in a dynamic environment.
