Job Summary

To lead a team of dynamic and enterprising individuals committed to the service and support culture of the office. Ensure the organization runs smoothly through an efficient planning, implementation, and supervision system. To serve as a backstop for the COO in the overall administrative role.

Job Description

Plan, implement, and coordinate functions related to general administrative support, facilities/assets management, supply logistics, and human resource administration
Champions the execution of the company’s strategic plans in relation to its human and physical assets
Ensuring that the office systems, controls, policies, procedures, internal processes, and workspaces follow current regulations or legislation.
Establish, monitor, review and upgrade systems, policies, risk management control and procedures to maintain the highest standard of operational excellence
Create a platform for the office team to excel by enhancing their knowledge and skills through support, training, and coaching
Supervise staff as they perform basic office tasks, such as answering phones, and directing visitors, planning for meetings or travel, and distributing mail.
Ensure business recovery plans are in place and lead disaster recovery efforts
Manage the organization’s internal and external communication process
Create and implement plans to drive results and meet set targets
Create, review, and report department data and use this information to solve potential problems or strengthen performance.
Ensure that there is maximum availability of the company’s resources to staff for the effective execution of their jobs
Clearly delegates both routine and important tasks and distributing workload appropriately
Accountable for the proper vendor management and contract executions
Undertake other duties as may be required from time to time by Executive Management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field
5+ years in handling management positions
