Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes. This position involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and providing exceptional service to help achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and pipeline updates.
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintain strong relationships.
Manage order processing, invoicing, and delivery schedules.
Administrative Tasks:
Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and events for the sales team.
Handle correspondence and documentation related to sales activities.
Monitor inventory and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to streamline sales operations.
Provide feedback and insights from customers to improve products and services.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and assist in creating strategies to boost sales.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 2+ years in a sales support, coordination, or similar role.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
