JOB SUMMARY

The Analyst, Strategy & Corporate Planning, plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of corporate strategies. This includes conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and preparing business performance reports. The role involves collaborating across departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic planning efforts.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly business performance reports, tracking key metrics and insights.
Collaborate with team members to compile and review departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Monitor operational expenses and provide analysis of variances against the budget.
Support the execution of strategic initiatives by tracking project timelines and deliverables.
Participate in cross-departmental projects, contributing analytical insights and recommendations.
Assist in identifying new market opportunities and potential partnerships to support growth initiatives.
Help maintain documentation and reporting tools to ensure accurate tracking of performance metrics.
Provide support for internal and external communications as needed, including presentations and reports.
Support with other related activities giving by the Team Lead, Strategy & Corporate Planning

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Technical Qualification

Quality of research and analysis conducted.
Timeliness and accuracy of
reports and deliverables.
Support provided to team members and projects.
Contribution to departmental goals and objectives

Work Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant experience.
