Job Description:
Overseeing the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews to ensure the selection of qualified personnel.
Facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring proper orientation, documentation, and integration into the school environment.
Managing offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance, and ensuring compliance with school policies.
Coordinating staff training and development programs to enhance skills, compliance, and career growth.
Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring adherence to labor laws and school policies.
Addressing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Assisting in performance management processes and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within an educational institution.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
