Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue assurance, customers account maintenance, financial reporting, and other essential finance and audit functions within the logistics department. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Assurance:
Conduct daily revenue assurance checks for all locations, including POS, cash, walk-in, and CET transactions.
Receivables:
Real-time update of customer transactions. (Posting on D365)
Detailed reconciliation and maintenance of customers accounts.
Prepares daily receivables report.
Bank Reconciliation:
Carry out a comprehensive bank reconciliation monthly for all the bank accounts.
Prepare daily bank position.
Bank Reconciliation:
Carry out a comprehensive bank reconciliation monthly for all the bank accounts.
Prepare daily bank position.
Implant Payouts:
Prepare and process implant payouts bi-weekly, applying necessary sanctions and deductions.
Inter-Group Accounts:
Updating and posting of inter-group transactions.
Reconciliation of group account transactions
Debt Monitoring:
Update and monitor staff purchase debt lists and stock of items at the Damage and Claims/Resolutions Unit.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly financial and operational reports.
Monitor and track insurance claims for timely resolution.
Audit Functions:
Conduct periodic audits and support other audit-related tasks as assigned.
Debt Monitoring:
Update and monitor staff purchase debt lists and stock of items at the Damage and Claims/Resolutions Unit

Educational Requirements:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA) are an added advantage.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
