JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate revenue through new account development and maintain key account relationships
Define and implement marketing processes, ensuring their seamless execution.
Develop and present relevant business proposals tailored to client and market needs.
Monitor market intelligence, tracking industry trends, new projects, competitive activities, and customer developments.
Conduct and lead meetings with key clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of banking products, recommending strategic alignments for optimal outcomes.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and achieve corporate goals.
Ensure consistent follow-through, leveraging resourcefulness to meet and exceed organizational objectives.
Assume responsibility for cash management procedure
Manage the company’s investment activity and make decision
Assist in the development of financing strategies
Maintain relations with banks and rating agencies
Ensuring sufficient finance available for operating and other activities
Ensuring smooth conduct of business preparing a budget that predicts expected expenses and estimates income
Submit reports of the present financial situation and forecasting
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Bank Treasurer in a microfinance bank.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
