Digital Operations Manager

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Digital Operations Manager to oversee digital media presence, procurement processes, and overall business operations.
As a Digital Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the social media pages, supervising the purchasing of materials, and ensuring the smooth operation of business.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
Oversee the purchasing of materials and supplies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier information, and conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
Coordinate and oversee daily business operations, develop and implement operational policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze operational performance, manage budgets and financial forecasts, and identify areas for improvement to optimize operational costs.
Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve business goals, and collaborate with other departments for seamless operations and effective communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
Knowledge of basic accounting and principles.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and software.
