Human Resources Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team.
The HR Assistant will provide valuable support to the Human Resources department in a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level HR professional to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefit enrollment forms, and other relevant documentation.
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
Provide support with employee relations activities, including answering employee inquiries, resolving minor issues, and assisting with employee events.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR reports and dashboards.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in an HR role (preferred, but not required).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRIS systems (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
