Job Description
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, emerging trends, and competitive activities.
Analyze market data to develop strategies that capitalize on opportunities for business growth.
Lead Generation and Outreach:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (networking, cold calls, emails, and social media).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Proposal Development and Negotiation:
Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms to secure business deals.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and enhance service offerings.
Provide feedback from clients and market research to improve services and products.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports on progress, challenges, and results.
Adjust strategies based on performance data and market insights.
Event Participation:
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Build the organization’s brand and increase visibility in target markets.
Requirements
Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
