We are seeking a skilled and proactive HRandAdminOfficer to support our growing team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in both human resources and administrative functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Functions:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance and growth.
Handle payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration efficiently.
Administrative Functions:
Manage daily office operations, including procurement of office supplies and facilities management.
Organize and maintain company records, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes for key sessions.
Support budgeting and expense management for HR and administrative functions.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for both HR and administrative operations.
What We’re Looking For
Educational Background: A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the real estate or related industries.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
