Job Details
A social worker to work closely with street-connected children to provide social support and advocacy services.
Assess children’s needs, develop intervention plan and work with child development coordinator to achieve goals related to mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence, poverty, and other social issues.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all children interactions and progress.
Conduct outreach to street children, build relationships of trust, and identify those who are most vulnerable and need instant assistance and intervention.
Conduct home tracing, family reunification and reintegration.
Establishment of family contact and children’s family empowerment.
Conduct family mediation session.
