Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Officer to ensure the smooth functioning of our office and accurate handling of operational tasks. The ideal candidate will handle financial postings, customer account management, administrative tasks, and support daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Post journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Monitor and reconcile customer account statements regularly.
Create and update customer information in the company database.
Present cheques for clearing and follow up as necessary.
Perform administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications and Skills:
A Bachelor’s degree or OND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial operations or office administration (minimum 6months preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
