Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc in Abuja.
The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team, setting team goals, providing guidance and support, and ensuring the team meets performance targets on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Leadership, Team Management, and Goal Setting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
Knowledge of insurance principles and regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
