ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Description:

Work with clients to understand their business processes, needs, and requirements and provide guidance on best practices for leveraging the ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants and project managers, to design and implement customized solutions using the ServiceNow platform, including integration with other systems and applications
Develop and maintain business process models and requirements documents to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives
Perform gap analysis to identify areas where ServiceNow functionality needs to be enhanced or customized to meet client requirements
Assist in testing and deploying ServiceNow solutions, including performing functional and integration testing to ensure that solutions meet client requirements
Provide training and support to end-users on the ServiceNow platform and related processes
Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow and related technologies, including attending training and certification programs as required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or a related field
Several years of experience working as a business analyst, with a focus on ServiceNow
Proficiency in analysing business requirements and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and CMDB
Ability to understand and map business processes and workflows
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
ServiceNow certification, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), is preferred
