Business Development Manager

Job Details

Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation and closing deals.
Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs and presentations to senior leadership and client decision-makers.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market trends and business objectives..
Drive new business development through prospecting, networking and partnerships.
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Continuously mentor and train the sales team to improve skills and performances.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers and business partners.

  Requirements:

Proven track record in Business Development, sales or a related role with measurable achievements in revenue generation.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in sales forecasting and data analysis
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team development
Knowledge of the Nigerian market and mobility/logistics trends is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
MSC is an added advantage
