Job Summary
Responsible for customer interface, supervising and directing technicians in preparing and installing appliances. Supervising maintenance on all appliances and employing electrical tools to carry out jobs on behalf of the company.
Job Responsibilites:
Oversees strategic customer relationship management;
Comprehends customer requirements and makes appropriate recommendations;
Provides technical support and maintenance services for end services;
Reviews project requirements and specifications and assigns tasks to technicians;
Handles installations, supervises installations, troubleshooting and overhauling of household appliances;
Ensures faults are reported promptly and repairs are carried out;
Ensures service forms are documented accordingly;
Approves the generation of invoices for repairs;
Supervises repairs of appliances and maintains minimum disbursal for parts;
Manages test runs on site and documentation of all appliances;
Maintains health and safety by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and regulations;
Conducts functional test on appliances;
Manages the assets in the technical office;
Reviews reports, budgets and other documentation for technical projects;
Repairs appliances properly and maintains minimum disbursal for parts;
Ensures accurate delivery records are kept;
Conducts electrical safety tests before and after every repair.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years extensive hands-on work experience as a Technician with a minimum of 2 years in supervisory role
Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering (Compulsory)
Knowledge of electrical analysis and electronics
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, install and service luxury electronic appliances
Knowledge of practical application of engineering science and technology
Knowledge of theoretical electrical engineering
Knowledge of automation
Computer proficiency
