Job Summary

The Innovation Program Manager oversees the management of innovation programs that drive sustainable growth within CDL. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of innovation initiatives, fostering collaboration across teams, and tracking measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate combines program management expertise and a deep understanding of innovation methodologies to deliver impactful results.

Job Details

Program Management:

Develop and manage the innovation calendar in alignment with the innovation roadmap
Communicate the program plan and schedule with all stakeholders 
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of innovation programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. 
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve intended outcomes.
Manage the repository of all innovation concept notes, pitch decks, and all other relevant documentation.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Define KPIs to measure the success and impact of innovation initiatives 
Manage the innovation pipeline of ideas and their progression through the innovation lifecycle 
Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on innovation progress and outcomes.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:

Responsible for the set-up of innovation teams to bring innovative ideas to life 
Facilitate cross-functional teamwork to drive the development and scaling of innovative solutions. 
Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and open communication throughout innovation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to encourage co-creation and knowledge exchange. 
Act as a central point of contact for program participants, mentors, partners, and leadership. 
Communicate program schedule, progress, successes, and challenges through regular updates and reports.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or certification in project management or innovation methodologies is a plus.

Minimum Experience:

5+ years of experience in project management, product management, or related roles within the FinTech sector or financial services.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. 
Adaptability to navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 
Expertise in program management, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. 
Proficiency in program management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Miro, or similar).
