We’re seeking a friendly, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our healthy food company. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
Provide product information, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers
Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
Identify and escalate customer feedback and concerns to management
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
Requirements:
Minimum of BSc or its equivalent in any subject
1-2 years of customer service experience in a food industry or related field
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Proficient in a Microsoft Office
Knowledge of healthy food trends and products a plus
