ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Online Business Manager (OBM) is a pivotal team member, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s business processes. This role involves managing projects, optimizing systems, and driving strategic efforts to support DentistFind’s mission of helping dental practices grow seamlessly.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

Operational Excellence: Ensure all systems, tools, and processes are optimized for seamless operation and scalability.
Project Coordination: Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
Team Management: Lead and support team members by fostering accountability, streamlining communication, and facilitating performance.
Strategic Alignment: Monitor business performance and ensure all activities contribute to long-term growth and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and maintain efficient workflows and systems to enhance organizational productivity.
Develop and enforce documentation standards for all processes to ensure consistency and repeatability.
Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for leadership, offering actionable insights for improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for team coordination, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining clear communication channels.
Proactively identify areas for improvement within the business and propose actionable strategies.
Ensure alignment with DentistFind’s core values in all decision-making and interactions.
