Position Overview
We seek a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations, manage our staff team, and drive positive organizational change.
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s culture and efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the staff team while implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Staff Management & Development:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the staff team, ensuring a productive and harmonious workplace.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to enhance staff performance and satisfaction.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and implement programs to upskill staff and foster professional growth.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
Organizational Change & Culture:
Drive positive change across the organization by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
Performance Management:
Develop and manage performance evaluation processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Address performance issues and implement improvement plans as needed.
HR Strategy & Compliance:
Develop HR policies and practices that comply with local regulations and support business objectives.
Ensure adherence to labour laws and ethical HR practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a professional environment.
Strong expertise in recruitment, training, and performance management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to drive organizational change and improve staff efficiency.
Proficient in HR software and tools for managing workflows and data analysis.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
