Role Description
Ensures revenue targets are met for assigned region by increasing no of profitable agents/partners locations
Scouts assigned territory for potential locations/partners and agents
Works with partners/agents to increase sales volume in assigned territory through various interventions, such as trainings, advising, embarking on promotions, etc.
Ensures proper documentation for all new locations, such as signed Agreements etc.
Gathers market intelligence and reporting to Head Ops promptly
Maintains constant communication and positive relationship with Sax partners
Works with IT Personnel in assigned region to ensure minimal down time on all slots.
Ensures prompt submission of reports such as PC period closing figures, additions, deductions, non-financial assessment as well as asset conditions in Partners’ Outlet.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Knowledge of the gambling industry and market trends
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
