We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Store Supervisor who would play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the store. This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead store staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking activities, and manage stock rotation.
Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure attractive and appealing store displays.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure store performance.
Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve overall store profitability.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Proven experience in store, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
