Oversee and execute key operational duties to ensure seamless organizational functioning, including managing daily workflows, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining high standards of efficiency. Monitor project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and address any bottlenecks to sustain productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment. Prepare and present detailed reports on progress, performance metrics, and key insights to leadership for informed decision-making. Implement and uphold policies, procedures, and compliance standards to mitigate risks and enhance operational integrity. Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate clear communication, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to support professional growth and uphold a culture of accountability and excellence.
Prepare beverages—both alcoholic and non-alcoholic—in strict accordance with established company protocols and presentation standards before serving them to guests.
Engage with guests in a courteous and polished manner, ensuring a welcoming and respectful interaction at all times.
Ensure the bar area remains consistently clean and orderly.
Monitor stock levels vigilantly and promptly notify management of any discrepancies or insufficiencies in inventory.
Accurately and efficiently process orders to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and responsible alcohol service protocols at all times.
Collaborate in crafting a warm and memorable guest experience to ensure every visitor feels valued and engaged.
Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, preferably with a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is advantageous. Familiarity with database systems like SQL or NoSQL is also preferred.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience working as a bartender.
