Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team full-time in Ibadan. As the CTO, you will oversee all technology-related initiatives at Cirvee, ensuring that our IT infrastructure, software development, and product offerings are aligned with our mission of delivering top-tier education. You will also play a key role in shaping and implementing our IT strategy, developing innovative solutions, and leading the technological growth of the academy.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance learning experiences and operational efficiency.
Lead the architecture of systems and platforms for effective course delivery and management.
Spearhead product development initiatives, including potential online learning platforms and apps.
Manage and mentor a growing team of tech professionals, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Ensure IT systems are secure, scalable, and cost-effective.
Stay updated on industry trends to recommend and integrate cutting-edge technologies.
Collaborate with other leadership team members to align technological advancements with organizational goals.
